Oregon had a pretty good thing going.
But finally losing to asu was proof that it's all over. -
All they keep taking about down here is how awesome the roster is. And Herbie (who got bent over by Mountain West).
Like it’s pro sports or something.
Casual fans, especially casual Oregon/Washington fans don’t get how important coaching is until their all world players are down 38-3 and still aren’t getting their reads down. -

The D-line has some promising youth with a 1st round caliber senior. The LB's are experienced with a sure fire NFL player leading the group. The DB's are young but have a crazy amount of depth.

Replace the top 5 QB with a guy that has played a ton and you have UW. Whatever UW fans think they are capable of Duck fans should be as well. A healthy Herbie gets Oregon 9 or 10 wins last year and they are sitting around #13 in the preseason for 2018.
Oregon was the most consistent program in the conference for 25 years, had one bad year, one rebuild year, and appear ready to get back into double digit win territory on a regular basis again. That's not grandeur, that's what serious football programs do.
