It's weird seeing this French Toney guy basically becoming a Tracy Ford for local basketball. He was a year older than me, and I remember playing him several times throughout high school. He wasn't special by any means. Solid but I could rattle off 20 better on a moment's notice. I think he played some NWAACC ball and that was about it.
