"I am unhappy to have my personal residence and office raided. But I will tell you that members of the FBI that conducted the search and seizure were all extremely professional, courteous and respectful. And I thanked them at the conclusion," Cohen said in a phone conversation on Tuesday with CNN.
Asked if he was worried, Cohen said; "I would be lying to you if I told that I am not. Do I need this in my life? No. Do I want to be involved in this? No."
It sounds like someone who is smart enough to take the high-road. Something we are aware you know nothing about.
Kind of like POTUS.
So you have that going for you, which is nice.
Why would a party of abject losers crush it in the midterms when Trump keeps winning and they keep getting exposed as criminals & supporters of totalitarian government?dnc said:
Ummm, the Democrats are going to absolutely crush the midterms.DerekJohnson said:
Reading the tea leaves, this tells me they are terrified of the mid term elections. Why else would they make such desperate moves like this as well as YouTube Google overplaying their hand with tyrannical censorship? I'm just gonna grab some popcorn and wait ...
It's the script.
They have nothing to be terrified of.
I'm far more conservative than liberal, but this move tells me they actually have something on Trump. Which isn't exactly shocking.
Watch and learn junior.
Some of us have been around long enough to have seen this shit play out multiple times.
Never question the script.
Fuck the script.FreeLock up Harv.

Councilor, please comment on the fact that "collusion" is not a crime or a chargeable offense and yet we somehow have a special council investigating collusion. Since when are non-crimes investigated? Mueller also has constantly focused on unrelated crimes often from 10 or 12 years prior. Just seems like an aimless hunt for anything chargeable in an individuals lifetime. Also thoughts on raiding an individuals personal attorney obviously seeking attorney client privileged information? Thoughts?creepycoug said:

EVERYONE with a brain knows Trump dipped his wick in some strange. EVERYONE with a brain knows he lies a little more than the average bear. EVERYONE with a brain knows he's a little duplicitous.
But come on. This is retarded. This has little or nothing to do with running the government, and flying in a law firm's office to raid evidence of this shit is beyond a waste of time and resources, and for any civil libertarian, a gross overreach of government power.
If they were doing it in the name of preventing a crime or national security, that's one thing. Not this.
Sorry. Using power over a subordinate in office is grounds for harsh criticism of judgement and moral turpitude. Cheating on Melania with skank is not.
I still think he's a dangerous Prez, in that he also flouts the rule of law and kinda just does what he wants to do, and in that he fans the flame of a dirty fringe underbelly in this country that we are all better off leaving alone. But this latest move, and continued focus on Stormy, is just bone dead stupid. -

It is a verifiable fact that the party out of power wins the mid terms. The Great Obama lost seats almost every election
The GOP isn't smart enough to flip the script because they think running against Trump is the play
Had they replaced Obamacare and not done the omnibus spending bill and funded the wall they would have a chance to get the coalition out this fall
Conservatives stay home like they did in 06
The left is rabid this time
I like Hilary this November -

I'm struggling to understand your point. Are your questions rhetorical? Are you saying that the feds should have raided the guy's office? I just posted something suggesting that the raid was an over-step based on what I know of the facts, which, like everyone here, isn't much. Or are you struggling with my post as much as you seem to be struggling with difference between "council" and "counsel"?Sledog said:

Also, since you seem to have joined me in my pretend legal career, where I attended pretend law school, "collusion" is, in fact, a chargeable criminal offense in a variety of legal contexts. But I'm sure you knew all that and are just testing me.
Beyond that little detail, the concept of a prosecutor finding new and unrelated shit while investigating you for something else is hardly new, unique to Trump or to proceedings like these. If Satterberg's office is looking into you for narcotics trafficking, and finds a lead suggesting you killed someone, I'm guessing even you know what's going to happen, regardless of your party affiliation. I have no issue with that part of it, and neither should you.
The only hook here that I'm aware of is hush-money payments to anyone for any reason before the election as constituting an illegal campaign contribution. The law is the law there, but sure, if it were me, I'd probably use my government resources on something more important. Foreign government collusion with a standing President to get him elected is an entire other kettle of fish. I have no idea if it's true or not, and neither do you.
Anything else? -
