Fulmer's guts hurt from laughing at UT's administration since his firing. No school deserves failure and struggle more than UW did for hiring Ty. Phillip would have had UT in the playoff , now they barely can get to a bowl game. What a limp-dick AD and prez they have over there. Enjoy
