Chip Kelly is trying to catch Charlie Weiss in amount of fat per square inch of body.

I fucking hate the idea of Chip coaching at Florida. It would be Urban part Deux. The man can coach, and with those recruits, forget it. Odds are high he'd win a title there. Unless he didn't. Either way ....

Agree with all except the bolded part.

He could also be getting three separate pay checks.

Three different checks but his total pay ( Philly portion for 2018 offset by the SF deal through 2019 )remains the same. Anything he earns offsets what Phi/SF owes him.

Chip will make FLA respectable. But not a Natty threat. His system is common place now. And Chip only ever had to worry about USC and Stanford during his entire tenure at Oregon. Oh Boise fucking State and Arizona for some reason. The rest of the PAC 12 was horrible. Say what you want about the PAC 12 the last 3 years. But there are twice the amount of teams that could have stepped up and beat his squads on any given Saturday than back then. And even on a down SEC YEAR, He’ll play 4 or 5 teams that can beat FLA.

Some of the things that really made Chip great have been caught up with or the rules have been changed to stop it. No head coach struggles with the concept of the other team going for it on 4th down anymore. The substitution rule got rid of the blistering fast pace.

Chip's offense doesn't adapt or change. It's basically just the veer out of shotgun. You have to defend it correctly on every play or you're getting gashed. That won't change. He will still struggle in early season and bowl games as teams will have extra time to prepare.

However Paul Johnson would do at Florida is about the same success level Chip will have. To me that would mean guaranteed victory over the shit birds and a split with the good teams. That's 10 wins a year, which is really good.

Like who? Who in this Pac-12 would beat Chip outside of Shaw and Rich Rod? Shaw is a great coach that plays sound football with giant humans and Arizona's D sees a similar offense everyday so it's easier to defend and they can score because of it.

    UW with no offense? Nope.
    Cal, ever? Nope.
    The 1 win Beavs? Nope.
    Colorado, ever? Nope.
    Utah, ever? Nope.
    Wazzu? Maybe.
    UCLA? Hahahaha!
ASU? Not even at their best.
    USC? Always a maybe.

Looks to be same as it ever was.

The SEC is Bama, Georgia, LSU, and Florida. If you're at one of those you have the talent to beat the other ones.

Auburn is in that discussion, too. Consistently better than every Pac12 program listed except USC.

Auburn is second tier most of the time. If the big four are doing their job it's a miracle when they lose to Auburn, unless they rented a QB for $185k that year.

The Pac-12 just doesn't have the access to black athletes like the SEC does so they will never be as competitive top to bottom.

Chip’s gonna find out just how hard it is to find athletes willing to travel all the way to Florida just to play football.

    WAS is the key word.

I know this room is in awe of Him due to the wreckage inflicted but His system is known and can be contained. It's really only the Doogs and the Quooks who believe this.

And now He will have the same amount of teams that can beat him every year if at FLA.

@DerekJohnson , Please pin this thread so that in 3 years when He's winning 8 games per year, you'll all know who your daddy was....

Dude. This is pretty stupid even for one of our people. Come on Cuog! You're not that clueless. The conference's best defense just got clocked by 30 to a one-legged running back and an average - at best - passing attack.

    Come again Cuog?

If that's happening in 3 years, then you were right about Chip. The part that was full retard was to suggest that the current state of the conference is better than it was during his run.

You put your tongue in your shitter ... again. Don't get pissed at me about it brother. I didn't make you do it. The rest of the Pac 10 was horrible. Ehl oh Ehl. And what do you think it is right now?

Did you not hear that ND dismantled SC and that the Trojans lost to Cuog?!?!? That Stanford lost to Whale's Vagina State and barely beat a 1 win Beaver? That the Oregons are entirely shit across the board? That ASU is still ASU, only worse? That Cal is as Cal as Cal ever was? That Mora is still the answer at UCLA? That the conference's #1 most awesome defense in the universe just about gave up two hundy to a one-legged long jumper?

What fucking planet are you on brother? A trip back to Pull Tab with me might help you with some perspective.

Road trip with Creepy! Let's go!

PS: don't poast the raysiss crap online. leave that for beers at the Cuog where it's safe.

The only team on that list that could beat those Oregon teams is our Cuog. But then again, the Pirate can beat anybody anywhere any day, as we both know.

Washington just gave up 30 pts. and just about 2 hundy to one-legged Love and milk-toast passing attack. I would triple that against an offense with Mariotta and friends. That Stanford team just about lost to a one-win Beav team and SDSU.

You're really talking out of your ass.

Ironically, We almost stopped by there a couple weeks ago after the Stanford game.

But hard pass to drinks with you creep. You can't stay on task for a single sentence let alone an actual conversation. I imagine you as an absolute shitshow drunk.
