A good speshial prosecutor works like a good run game. At first, the gains might be somewhat small but you have to stay patient and before you know it Mueller will be popping off some huge plays.

All occurred prior to joining Trump. They are saying Manafort was working for the Ukraine starting in 2006 without properly filing paperwork. Maybe he didn't have good comma usage.
