That's dumb if he can transfer now. Yeah it does seem like he's waiting out for more offers. Maybe he wants an LA school to offer him. Hopefully Togiai doesnt make a decision yet because SC will be offering him next.

I think Togiai is leaning more towards Ohio State than USC. He's there on an unofficial right now and when you look at his twitter he's obsessed with Urban and all things Ohio State. Either way, he ain't coming to Washington.dnc said:
