It's not that he's a pussy all the time, it's just that at critical junctures he folds (see the USC game and the Bama game).
I really, really like him... however, he's like a girlfriend that's an 9 but cheats on you twice a year.

Jake took a massive step forward as a QB last year. The jump from his frosh to soph years was significant. He was far more accurate, better at protecting the ball, made better reads, and on down the list. The only real area that he didn't get fixed was his performance in the clutch.
There's not really much Browning can do to be better than his sophomore year outside of that. 2017 will tell the Browning story IMO. Either he grows up and fixes his issues in the clutch this year, or he just doesn't have it in him. He doesn't really have much else to work on other than building arm strength (and I don't know how much he can really fix that).
Either the clutch stuff is fixable or it isn't. We'll find out this season.

I feel strongly about it both ways. But I will mention a couple of things. Marques as a Sophomore wasn't Marques as a Senior. And while everyone remembers the 3 play drive against Stanford (against ty of course), they conveniently forget he couldn't hit the broadside of a barn against Oregon that year.
No QB is perfect. Jake has a ways to go, but remember, when the season was just about to spiral out of control this year after 2 ridiculously retarded calls in OT from the one in the desert, that 3rd down TD throw was fucking nails. (the catch was pretty good too) -
It always amazes me how many people on Hardcore Husky sit behind a computer screen and critique other people working hard to achieve their goals.
