So does the Pac -
The Pac-12 is better this year than it has been for quite some time.
If Sefo doesn't go down in Ann Arbor they finish that game off and you have two 11-1 teams in the CCG. That's essentially swapping UW and CU for what Oregon ans Stanford have been over the last sevenish years.
The best team in the conference today isn't even in the CCG. When has that ever happened before? Hasn't all or most of the CCG's had a gimme of UCLA or Arizona in it?
Wazzu is as good as they have been since Doba's first year. Stanford still has 8 or 9 wins. Utah has 8 or 9 wins.
Sure, the Oregons, Cal, the Arizonas, and UCLA are hot garbage but so were the Washingtons, CU, Cal, and USC to an extent the last sevenish years.

Half of the Pac-12 North is Oregon, Oregon State, and Cal. No fucking way is that division better than the B1G East.
I'd also take the ACC Coastal over the Pac 12 North. -

Michigan State v Cal is a toss up

I'm calling it 3-2 for the B1G East, but the difference at the top half really matters. Sagarin fucking stupid lets Rutgers drag down the whole division more than it should.
Most importantly, three B1G East teams could have gone 5-0 against the North like Washington did.
