2) What's the QB situation after Browning ... nobody proven or experienced (Teq thoughts: trying to minimize the unknown at OL)
3) Who takes over for Gaskin/Coleman (Teq thoughts: may or may not be on the roster ... but this starts going down the path where I'm beginning to think that you're a fucktard for not realizing that players moving through the program happens in college because they're only on campus anywhere from 3-5 years)
4) If Ross/Pettis leave we're fucked (Teq thoughts: this is where RECRUITING comes in and we're in a position to have one of, if not the best WR recruiting classes in the country)
5) We don't have another edge rusher (outside of Mathis) on the roster so therefore K and Malloe must be shit recruiters like Strausser according to the masses (Teq thoughts: now I know you really don't pay attention to recruiting because our class last year was STACKED at the position as well as guys that we've recruited in this class ... young players playing the position now are becoming more and more noticeable each and every week)
6) While we have recruited well at DB we won't have Jones/King because they aren't common (Teq thoughts: I seem to have heard similar comments about Marcus Peters ... and at other positions guys like Shelton, Kikaha, and Shaq ... how did the replacements at those spots do?)

So in the last 40 years of University of Washington football, only in 2004 (1-10), 2008 (0-12), and 2014 could you point to a roster where the starting QB wasn't at least a CFL player and the 2008 season the primary starter was only that due to a season-ending injury to the starter. On top of that, there's a small list of the players that played professionally that at least didn't get a sniff of being on NFL rosters being Porras in 1978 and Keith Price. Shocking that arguably the worst period of professional success for UW QBs comes from 2011-2014 and were all recruited and developed primarily by Sark ... shocking I tell you.
So if you're telling me over the next 40 years that the UW will have a 3 out of 40 chance each year of having a QB that isn't good enough to play professionally and well over a 75% chance that the primary starting QB on the roster will end up playing in the NFL somehow or someway, I think I'll take my chances. So to your point that we don't know shit about Sirmon you're right we don't. We know he's highly rated and that's normally a strong indicator. That being said, we tend to recruit a relatively strong QB option each year so whether it is Sirmon or somebody else, history tells you that the UW will have a QB worth a shit.

For the preservation of my sanity here, Jericho's most recent stint in between Fozzy tours has arguably been his best run in a long-ass time. The guy is an incredible worker and obviously with his career on the back portion he's all about putting over new talent and making them look good. But as far as 'getting over' his recent run as a heel and more specifically Kevin Owens' "best friend" has been some of his best work in a long damn time. And that's saying a lot, as Jericho has always been money.
