Doog Coaching Candidates...

Did you forget about CP dummy?, offer him 5 mil and go from there. He can leave his family there. They can drive or fly over to see Chris. UW has to get serious about football. The soccer and softball team's will be thankful long term. They'll have the best facilities in the pac. Oregon will be chasing us again! Or stick with Sark and copy everything they does, and lose by 30 the next 10 years.HeretoBeatmyChest said:Scott Frost, Doug Nussmeier, Ray Horton....
Just proves these guys are truly fucking morons and should have their fingers cut off before they share such idiotic ideas.
Mora, Craig Bohl & Tim DeRuyter should be the top 3.
Listen, Ohio st. lost 9 straight to Michigan with John Cooper (check it as I pulled off top of my head, which is usually dead nuts!) They fired his dumbass and hired Jimmy Tressel. The rest is history. CP is our Jim Tressel. Fire Cooper and hire Tressel you fucking idiot Woody! Whatever it takes! Whatever! -
I bet his 11-2 season last year will help him survive for another year as long as Flordia makes a bowl. I doubt he will survive after next year. His offenses have been terrible every year.dhdawg said:didn't some doogs want muschamp, he's gonna be available after this season, can't imagine florida not firing his ass after this disaster he's built

ooops I misspelled Damone. Here's another chance to poke fun you nerdy little fucklard!
-
The doog logic I'd keep getting before yesterday was "well, who would you get that's better?"
That's not the fucking point. If your coach is mediocre, you get rid of him. That's what the AD pays a search committee to do. But yeah, there are plenty of good candidates out there. THe problem is I don't trust Poolboy to make the right choice to fire his buddy or hire an actual proven football coach. -
Kirby Smart?
Yes, not a head coach. But tutelage under Saban... Defense oriented... -
Let's fire Sark who had no prior head coaching experience and hire another coach with no head coaching experience?chrisvashon said:Kirby Smart?

Fucking brilliant! -
why would he have any interest in coming here? SEC coordinators don't usually go to the pac-12chrisvashon said:Kirby Smart?

He might not ever take a head coaching gig, he could have had any of the recent openings in the SEC and turned more than one down. He's probably just waiting for Saban's aneurysm.chrisvashon said:Kirby Smart?

I normally don't like hiring DC from programs where the head coach is defensive minded. Like hiring a Pete Carroll DC(Holt or in the NFL Gus Bradley). You really don't know how good he really is without the great head coach leading the way on his side of the ball.
-
I think Woodward needs to go, before the next coach is hired.
I'm confident that he's an idiot and will make many more poor choices down the road.
Just look at the motivational, imbecile, poetry shit he approved to be put up on the walls.
An educated AD would realize its retarded.
He fell for Sark, because Sark pulled some neuro linguistic programming on him - mirrored Woodward.
Remember when Sark had a Southern accent when he was first hired? Woodward has a weak mind. -
No coordinators for Christ's sake

The other name circulating on Doog Central is Jim Tressel but predictably he doesn't win the right way.He_Needs_More_Time said:
Any coaching wish list that doesn't include these three is fucking stupid. I keep seeing Doogs suggesting unproven coaches to replace Sark or Gary Pinkel.HeretoBeatmyChest said:Scott Frost, Doug Nussmeier, Ray Horton....

These fucking idiots just never learn. Even when they get it right finally with suggest a coach is fired they bring up fucking lame choices. -
I wouldn't mind Tressel but I think he can't coach until what? 2016? So he's not a real option at all and given his age I doubt he ever coaches again in college.section8 said:

Bobby Petrino would be at the top of my list.
Chris petersen if interested
Craig bohl
Tim deruyter or however you spell it.

There's no evidence to support the idea that experienced coaches are more successfull than coordinators when moving up the ladder.He_Needs_More_Time said:

We got Wilcox. -
I'm not sure it matters what well you go to with who is in charge of making this decision. Just throw a dart blindfolded.TierbsHsotBoobs said:

I just don't think you can justify making the same type of hire after Sark failed. You tried the hire a coordinator with no head coach experience and it failed.TheKobeStopper said:

Time to hire an established head coach. -
Rick Neuheisel---He's tanned, rested, ready, and would totally piss-off all the right people. -
I would take Rick Neuheisel over Sark despite all of Rick's flaws.tracker said:

However being better than Sark isn't the criteria for being our next head coach I hope. -
Sumlin
-
Because he has a CONTRACT!!
Read this. Especially the bit about 'donor class'. It should all ring very familiar. This is very close to why Sark isn't going anywhere either,
minus the moronic buyout terms.

We could poach charlie weiss, offensive genius and a great play-caller
-
I know you are being sarcastic, but I wouldn't be surprised at all for us to shell out 3+ million for an 8-4 type coach from another conference.dhdawg said:We could poach charlie weiss, offensive genius and a great play-caller

I would love Petrino. However we all know there is no way in fuck soft ass Seattle would ever consider bringing him in.AtomicDawg said:Bobby Petrino would be at the top of my list.

We'd rather "lose the right way" than win dirty. -
yeah... regarding Petrino, he has a little too much baggage. I am not against guys like Tressel who broke relatively minor stupid NCAA rules, but Petrino is a flake, And he will probably end up doing something stupid within a couple of years. The way he left the Falcons was classless and the thing with the 25-year-old is probably going to get most people fired nowadays, right or wrong. We are living in emasculated times, and Suckattle is ground zero.He_Needs_More_Time said:

and like you said its a moot point anyway -
I could definitely see another Ty type hire, with this fucktarded front office anything is possibleRoadDawg55 said:
