    maybe I enjoy paying higher premiums with reduced coverage, higher co-pays and higher deductibles knowing I am helping to support 18-24 year old Syrian refugees, who won't fight for their own country recieve world class healthcare for free. Have you ever thought of that?

    It's time to do away with the insurance companies and their "for profit" model for most health care and enact single payer universal health.

    We can keep the insurance companies for people that want to pay extra for some platinum plated insurance so that you can have a lung transplant when you are 95 and haven't accepted that it time for you to LEAVE.

    There actually is some truth in that.

    I'm not necessarily in favor of a single payer system or death panels - but the amount of money spent in the last days of life is absolutely ridiculous.

    You realize the profit margin for health insurers is around 4% right?
