People of that ilk (e.g. PGOS) typically run scared out of Tacoma within a year and move to Puyallup or something. Hipsters (like PGOS) usually can't afford a nice neighborhood and their guilty white liberal brand of racism doesn't do well when faced with real live ass niggas. They run away to a little white neighborhood where they talk about how much they value diversity and have black frens.

Disagree. Seattle riff raff moves to Kent, Auburn, Federal Way, Everett, etc. Tacoma has gentrified as well. The hipsters are coming into Tacoma as well. Hilltop priced out #mycrips when UW Tacoma came in and Salishan is being redeveloped. More cookie cutter homes and faux wood studio apartments for fags like PGOS. Just kidding. He can't afford Tacoma.

They move to Tukwilla, Rent un, Shoreline, and some move to Lynnhood (not just riff raff, there are nice parts of Lynnwood east of the freeway) too. Seattle is just beyond hope.
