You millenials expect immediate results on everything. College football isnt a cell phone. You cant just google your way to 10 wins. Takes 4-5 years to build a program. That will never change

Washington had holes but it wasn't a salvage job. -

Too bad youre missing point baabs. Most coaches get 5 years, puppy citing examples of how thats still true. Lets go back to beginning when you said coaches only get 3 years unless theyre at rebuild jobs like k-state. Puppy, in his infinite college football knowledge just proved you wrong, again. Coulda, shoulda, woulda doesnt apply. Now sit down and STFU baabs, class in session bitch!TierbsHsotBoobs said:

Michigan always has top 20 talent. There's really no excuse for them to be as bad as they were from 2008 through 2014. -
I remember hearing former Seahawk back-up QB Kelly Stouffer defend Ty in 2008 when they were 0-7 or something. He thought Ty needed more time to get his players in there.... So by that logic, he should have gotten a fifth year. Sometimes it's obvious it isn't working.
Petersen is white so the liberal faggots (I'm liberal, but not a guilty type) and NAACP and Jerry Brewer types can't save him. There won't be politics involved, just apathy and some 275 lb. woman a.d. who probably doesn't get it. -
It was rhetorical Billy, jesus. peppered with a dash of sarcasm.Fire_Marshall_Bill said:

So Petersen should win in his third year because all of the talent he has brought in. In that scenario you are counting on no seniors and a majority of underclassmen to win in the Pac-12.CokeGreaterThanPepsi said:If Petersen can't win in year three with the talent he has brought in he is not the guy. Straight up.
I praise him because I believe he has done a great job of building up the talent. Just look at the thread that was bumped the other day that Passion started before the 2013 season saying the depth chart is a thing of beauty (the 2016 depth chart compared to the 2013 depth chart is a night and day difference). Petersen has done a great job at building our depth up and shit. I doog hard for him because of that and his philosophy on culture and all that.
But he needs to fucking win this year. And he needs to win because he has built up the talent to do it right fucking now.

Have you heard a fucking thing Pete has been saying the last 2 years about how strong the pac12 is? Like saying Vandy is going to just roll off 10 wins in the SEC. Vandy was in better shape than UW when Pete took over. Thats the only thing Pete would say to get through to you dipsticks.CokeGreaterThanPepsi said:
