Of course there is a decline in the number uninsured, I'm paying for their damn insurance! Funny my medicare tax deductions on my pay have gone way up. Imagine that. Take a look at this years and last years pay stubs. Sorry, I'm sure some here don't have pay stubs but if it will help I'll show you what one looks like!

Sure didn't and biggest increases are still coming. Mine went up considerably my paycheck says so. Conveniently go into effect after Odumber is gone.

    Honda and I never agree.

But your beyond FS if you think the Medicare tax went up. It's been 1.45% for forever.

Your FICA may have gone up year over year since the max taxable amount increases but that's still 6.2% as it has been for years too.

If you made more money, yes...your tax went up. BUT YOU MADE MORE MONEY. As a percentage of wages, it's exactly the same.

Well technically if he made over $200k then it goes up .9%. But we both know the odds of that. And we know the odds of that being noticeable as the fucktard represents.

Fucker can't figure out the deductions from his own paycheck, but he has the operation of the world economy all figured out.

The only mom's basement I've ever spent the night in is yours. And that's just so as not to wake you during the 2.5 minutes of pounding her.

    Quality, not quantity.

Bullshit on your crusty old man act. Any child of the 60's and 70's know yo' mama jokes is a staple of good humor. That and Polack jokes.

You bash Polack and yo' mama jokes, I question your citizenship. I question your manhood.

What definitely doesn't work is if you have to pay full freight for individual insurance. Then it is like leasing a couple of cars a month in payments for a middle aged guy with about ordinary coverage.

Sad world when the supposed tolerant ones wish death upon others. I've seen death, I've caused death. Your stupidity scares me more. Our country is in deep shit!

Have to agree with you. It's expensive and the price keeps going up. We have to pay for 35 million lazy ass morons that think they are owed something because they were born. As the bible says: If you don't work you don't eat! It's one hell of an incentive. But now we generations sitting on their ass collecting every form of government assistance and making more than many job pays. Some states up towards 65K a year. That's why socialism has never worked and never will.

Why do countries with universal health care pay less per capita than the US currently does?

I don't. The Bible is about charity not about forcibly taking peoples money to redistribute to the lazy who choose not to work or to pay for someones education, medical insurance etc. If you don't pay they put you in jail. Unless you're Al Sharpton. Hard work is always stressed in the Bible and it says idle hands are the devils playground. I give to charity. It's my choice. I give the charities I choose not those chosen for me.

Now people think a starting job should pay enough to pay for a family of 4. Our country was never designed to work that way and any viable system can not function in that fashion.

Because they don't have as good of health care as we do and you wait extensive amounts of time for procedures. They have no where near the number of MRI machines etc. My Canadian friend paid for a recent surgery to a private practice as the wait so long. Maybe you could tell me where it says everyone is entitled to healthcare?

The fact that the hospitals and doctors charge more for those of us with insurance is to pay for those who don't pay. Tylenol doesn't really cost $10.00 a pill but your hospital bill might say so. So see we've actually been paying for everyone covertly. They went when they really had to go. Now they'll go for the sniffles and we'll pay even more.

The quality of healthcare in most Western European countries is every bit as good as the US (which does have good care when you can afford it).
Maybe you could tell me where it says everyone is entitled to healthcare?
Not everything needed to be outlined in the bill of rights, though you could argue healthcare fits somewhere in life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
So see we've actually been paying for everyone covertly.
Right, which makes paying premiums to insurance companies retarded. Cover everyone with taxes in lieu of insurance premiums and everyone saves money. I care less from a humanitarian point of view and more from the fact that it has been proven to save everyone money. Allow secondary coverage for those that want it, and in the meantime we can git rid of over half of the annual bankruptcies in the US.
