The rest was exactly like the shit AZFuck posted above, with the "board" in Washington, DC and the recommendation of my CO and the Wing Commander. I never thought it was a big deal and never intended to EVER talk about it until somebody in here politely asked me.
BTW, I knew one of the guys who declined his commission. The reason was that we all had to extend of RelAcDu date 4 years, and he wanted to get out.
Now, can we get back to talking about fucking whiny millennials ??? -
