Gas stations man, gas stations and mini-marts. I don't know what it is with Portland but I have been propositioned by more hookers at gas stations in Portland than on the Ave.

Maybe you are thinking of Seattle's law changes. Oregon is way more liberal when it comes to strippers, or maybe Seattle is just so liberal they came all the way back around again to conservative.
