On a positive note, I am glad to hear Sark said they will fix the penalties. But, don't get hopes up too high since his comments were in the context of all the other fixes the past 5 years. He really doesn't get it.

Pretty sure Sark said he'd fix the penalties after WSU, last week vs Illinois.
He's had trouble keeping promises so why bother believing him now? -

When Toledo, San Jose St or Bowling Green weren't available. -
The penalties are not going to be fixed. At some point, it will cost us, but it is what it is. It's not like we have had a game or two with penalty issues, it is an almost every game occurrence.
