But how is Sark a dickface?
On a different note, Jude just had to be an ass and write something shitty like "the icing on the croissant". -
Good for him....
On a side note, Choate and Kwiatkowski need raises, their work with the DL has been terrific. -
The fact that he said screw you to that douchebag makes me respect him a lot more.
If only Jamaal Jones and James Sample had as much feces in their throats as Tani does... -
This also just confirms what we already knew:
That being "homesick" or "losing the love of the game" is often a bullshit cover story for Sark math.
Sark feeds it to the LPT. They push the agenda in exchange for access. And the wheel of Sark bullshit rolls on down the road. -
Sark couldn't get the USC mentality out of his mind when he came to UW.
He was so used to guys coming in and if they weren't starting by their RSfrosh year they were worthless in his eyes. That makes some sense at USC, but it makes zero sense at UW and 81% of other schools across the nation. He has no idea how to develop talent. I suspect even his great players at USC won't improve much from their freshmen to junior years.
Anyways, yea. -
If we're going to criticize Sark's ethics and ability to develop talent, then Ken Griswold is out of here.
-
Sark is a douche. In other news, WIW.
-
I wouldn't put my faith in pool boy getting rid of Sark nor HHHoF Pat HadenFS stealing Sark from UW. Sticking it out like Tupou did was an honorable thing but an improbable way to play football, which is presumably what everyone on the football team wants to do... He just got lucky. Sounds like he also took Qualls' couch off of Craigslist.
-
But how is Sark a grade A piece of shit?
-
LOL at Sark telling a lineman to transfer. He only recruited like two of them a year, but it was necessary to have 15 Wrs on the roster. How is Sark a bad coach?
-
“I had a lot of growing up to do … and Tani meant everything to me,” said sophomore Elijah Qualls, UW’s new starting nose tackle. “If he wasn’t here, I don’t know if I would’ve been ready for this job. …
“I used to have a temper when I was a little bit younger. I used to get mad, I used to get defensive, and he told me not to take everything so personal, try to keep your cool with things. … Tani, whether he knows it or not, is one of the biggest parts of my career so far.”
This is why building culture on your football team and recruiting to that culture is so important. Players hold other players up and also hold them to a standard. When that standard becomes winning, it becomes much easier to maintain that standard.
The comparison between the previous and current coaching staff could not be more night and day in this respect.
From what we've heard, Sark would ignore and even publicly ridicule role players and non-superstars. Hence, you get season after season of RS frosh transferring. From this article, we also know he would tell players who committed to his program to LEAVE.
Something that stuck out to me when Petersen took over was a story where one of the starting players called another player by his #, "Hey 25, go get my helmet". Petersen got in the players face and said "He's been on your team for 2 years! He's your brother! Do you even know his name?" When players are indifferent or even spiteful to their teammates they won't play very hard, just go through the motions.
The big wins have to come, but when/if the team gets to that next level, it will be easier to maintain that standard -
I can't wait to see Tupou shove Kessler into Sark on the sidelines, causing Kessler and Sark to both tear their ACLs at the same time while Andrew Hudson and Diandre Campbell laugh
-
All you can eat JITB as a reward for play? Someone call the NCAA!!!!

Beat me to it. Hope Kessler pulls a Connor Halliday from a Tupou hit. Would be a cool day to be a doog, manwhatshouldicareabout said:I can't wait to see Tupou shove Kessler into Sark on the sidelines, causing Kessler and Sark to both tear their ACLs at the same time while Andrew Hudson and Diandre Campbell laugh

I'll only Doog during the USC game if Tupou pulls a Miley Jack and licks his fingers every time he makes a big play.
And if UW wins. Then I'll Doog it the fuck up. -
In fairness, I wanted Tupuo's couch at the time because House Sarkisian clearly wasn't getting anything out of him. Glad he stuck.
