If your business can't afford to pay its employees a living wage then you have a shitty business model and deserve to go out of business.
Any fucktard could pay his employees nothing and turn a profit. I don't know why people are so supportive of these business that can only survive by screwing their employees. Run your business better. -
Exactly. Every smart business owner knows that paying a little higher wages (in most businesses) attracts higher talent and less turnover. Which means what? Lower cost of training and better customer service. BTW, not one person in my small business makes minimum wage after the first 3 months and the vast majority make $15 plus an hour to start. You invest in us with time and we invest in you in raises. -
I'm sure it's because of the minimum wage and not because they're top heavy with middle management fucktards who bring no value to the company. I bet closing these stores will fix everything.
