    Love the Gorman Thomas reference but we don't need a Gorman Thomas for 10 years, we just need one of his few best few years.

    If Washington can be the equivalent of .244 .356 .539 with 45 bombs, 125 RBIs, and 97 runs like Thomas did in 1979, I'd be thrilled.
