I like hearing recruits say "Great cup of Joe!". That's what I like to hear. -
As a TBS'er I took too long to leave doogman, I thought it was the "best" place to get info on recruiting. Finally I realized that I can get everything I need off of twitter and the 247 crystal ball.
All I really want to know is who has offered a kid, where people think he is going, and see their twitter or the twitter of others when they commit, or visit officially or unofficially. If you are paying money for recruiting information you are stupid.
That is why I think this bored is only going to grow. It allows people to pool their FREE information they are getting from other sites, we can post TBS videos and evaluate for ourselves, we have posters that follow this stuff closely and keep track of things with actualy, you know, statistics. We can say if we like a kid or not without being punished by the staff and told we are ruining recruiting. And we have 2 guys that ACTUALLY PLAYED FOOTBALL for the UW that can chime in whenever they feel like it and give insights. -
