Jedd Fisch -- Deny Today, Depart Tomorrow?

I don't watch enough tape and know enough about football to be an "expert" and break it down, but is there something with Jedd's offense and/or Demond that tips off plays really bad? Is Demond really just that bad at reading the read option? That play seems like it should be a gold mine for UW and it almost never worked.
I guess you don't want to get Demond hurt but I'd love to just see a more focused run attack. Maybe something that once you get the first down works in more no huddle.

Indiana recruiting class rankings by year:
2023: 69
2024: 65
2025: 46
The portal has made recruiting half as important as it used to be. At this point, recruiting is nothing more than having a big wallet. See Texas Tech as a prime example.

Jedd’s offense is a smorgasbord of plays that don’t actually play off of each other. He’s basically just curated plays from the 20 different playbooks he’s seen.
-
And he’s gay.

Hey, now. Madden 2003 was apex playbook stuff.
-
Judd doesn’t RTDB enough to get teams committing to stop it, so it opens up the passing game.
-
It honestly has the feel of a Madden play calling strategy. Call whatever looks cool and take for granted your AI opponent has no memory of what happened two plays ago, or a quarter ago and hasn’t actually scouted you.

Not all 9-4’s are created equal. Beating Boise in the Forever Gronk Bowl may be better than going 7-6 and beating Nebraska in the Holiday Bowl.
But they both suck ass.
-
Actually, they pretty much are. Last time UW went 9-4 being unable to beat the best conference teams was 2014, and they also murdered a Mountain West team
-
Sark’s last year and a team coached by Tui in the Fight Hunger Bowl. Yeah that sucked ass too.
