Last I heard it rains in the Pacific Northwest. In February 1996 the Portland area got slammed by an atmospheric river along with rapid snow melt and we had a hundred year flood. So, its 30 years later and all that global warming and we haven't had another 100 year flood. US production of CO2 is down from 1996 and yet they want to blame the Washington flooding on the lack of Washington and US effort. Hundreds of billions have been wasted on this fraud and yet it isn't enough. Once again, how much should we spend at what will it accomplish?
