Apparently we aren't getting what we paid for - $800 million. The solution, raise taxes to reward incompetence. No one fired. Can't tell if anyone was actually helped, but the money is out the door. The Oregon Health Authority is staffed with DEI hires and their approach to the chicom crud was to take Fow Chee's advice and go the typical blue state rout of lockdowns and vaccine mandates, especially closing schools and vaxxing little kids who weren't at risk.
