Jedd and Michigan

Dearborn is really beautiful this time of year. They will love it.

I know you’re being sarcastic but the university of Michigan is located in Ann Arbot.

I don't think UM will offer Jedd. They will want a proven commodity = NFL.
Next year if they give Jedd an extension, they need to put a $30-40 million buyout the entire length of his contract. Also, charge him $500K for every player that transfers with him to his new program. Jedd will probably leave after Demond's final season. -
JFC.

I have no idea about Jedd or what he wants to do and what, if any, influence his wife's weather preferences have in the calculus. But I'm confident in saying his decision to stay or go has little or nothing to do with the player who has everything you look for in a QB.
I personally would rather coach here than Michigan because the PNW is better than the upper midwest by almost any conceivable measure. I also find the University of Washington and the area around it to be a much more pleasant environment than Ann Arbor and Michigan, which other than the Law Quad has a very overrated campus IMO.
There is this lore around Seattle about all things U Michigan, and while it is indisputably one of the three finest public institutions academically, I just don't get the overall obsession. Plus, you have to play Buck regular season every year and your ass will be on the line over that game regardless of what else you do. I go back to the Dutchman and Bama - you can coach here for years at a 9-3 / 10-2 clip and easily survive several 8-4 or worse campaigns. This site's existence is a testament to that.
Yeah, they have a big stadium. So what? Other than Harbaugh catching lightening in a bottle with his 2023 running game I just have never had a ton of respect for them, and frankly we? should have beaten them. Nobody is going to talk about that Michigan team in the same breath as '95 Husker or the like. Of course, I'm old and grew up watching the old Pac 10 whip up on the Big 10 in the Rose and witnessed a good chunk of Schembechler's abysmal record in the the Grandaddy. So, I'm biased.

Michigan is perpetually overrated. Like Notre Dame.
-
Filler in the snow doesn’t do well.

The Michigan situation is a potential nightmare. The ADept may be investigated. Why would anyone want that potential shit show?
-
No they aren’t. They have been very successful since Harbaugh. If they are overrated, who isn’t?
-
Michigan was definitely overrated this season and last.
What they are is nothing special. But they have a built-in top 15 ranking just for being Michigan.
That’s overrated.
