Washington expects to play Boise State in the 2025 LA Bowl, a source with direct knowledge of the situation confirmed Saturday to The Seattle Times.
The game is scheduled to kick off at 5 p.m. Dec. 13 at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles. The matchup was first reported by On3’s Brett McMurphy.
The Huskies (8-4) earned their fourth consecutive bowl berth Oct. 25. Coach Jedd Fisch, who led a depleted UW team to a Sun Bowl berth in 2024, will attempt to win the first bowl game of his Husky tenure against the Broncos (9-4).
Boise State earned its berth after defeating UNLV 38-21 on Friday in the Mountain West championship game. The Broncos went 6-2 in conference play this season. Boise State suffered a 30-7 defeat against Fresno State and a 17-7 loss against San Diego State in the Mountain West. It also lost against South Florida, 34-7, during its season-opening game and fell to No. 10 Notre Dame, 28-7.
The LA Bowl, which traditionally ties a former Pac-12 legacy team against the Mountain West champion, was most recently won by a ranked UNLV team after it beat California 24-13 on Dec. 18, 2024. Mountain West schools are currently 3-1 in the LA Bowl, which has been played four times since its inaugural game in 2021.

If that is the case they should just play the game in Martin Stadium ~ in fact, the AD should just skip the WSU game annually and schedule BSU at Martin Stadium annually as the replacement.

There is a blaring omission in the article...
Boise State's Starting QB Maddox Madsen was injured the in the first quarter of the Fresno game and didn't return until the MWCCG
The Bronco's inexperienced back up QB Cutforth had to come in cold with no real game experience.
No excuses for Boise, Next man up.
I think UW is the superior team this year but don't be fooled by the 8-4 season record. They could easily have been 10-2 and in the G5 playoff discussion after the CCG.

Cutforth Chatterly III???
He comes from good stock! -
Cutforth Chatterly III? Of the Coney Island Chatterly's?

People forget there are more potatoes grown in Washington’s Grant County than any county in Idaho
Potato superiority guy. Every board has one. -
Probably the least interesting game possible that UW could've gotten for a bowl.

@BleachedAnusDawg sorry something went wrong quoting you..🤔 second attempt...
This is my point, hopefully your players don't take this attitude into the game.
This is a game the Huskies should dominate but Spencer Danielson and his Bronco's will come to play to win.
Don't Chokelahoma this!

Sark choked a bowl game against Boise. If only there were a coach that reminded me of sark…🤔
