Stopped off at Ben Bridge in Bellevue last week to kill some time and tried on the panda dial Black Bay chronograph. Cool watch, but rumors are that a BB58 version is due soon and that size would fit a little better. I really wanted a chronograph a couple years ago but have kinda gotten over them at this point.
My 5 year old said I should try on the Tudor Black Bay GMT with the root beer configuration and two tone bracelet. I was skeptical (have never been a brown fan), but I'll be damned if that watch doesn't have some great presence on the wrist. I'm a fan.
Didn't bother looking at much else so as not to not waste the very nice sales lady's time.
Rolex just introduced the Land Dweller, its first all-new watch in 13 years. It looks like every other integrated bracelet sports watch, only 5 years late to the party. I happen to like integrated bracelet designs, for the most part. This one has a nice bracelet and case shape, but the dial is completely overdone and the numeral indices are all out of balance with having only the 6 & 9 on the dial. Maybe they'll make a no-date version at some point and add the 3 to the dial. The cyclops doesn't look right on this style of watch, IMO. If you're into the technical aspect of watches, the movement in this watch is very impressive and runs at 5hz.
Do I want one? Fuck no. Buy a PRX for about 2.5% of the price without having to wait on a list for 3 years to get it.

Vanilla fuckery.
Christ!
What the fuck?!
Fucking deleted everything.
@BleachedAnusDawg
Vanilla is really pissing me off.
@BleachedAnusDawg
i did not purchase, but @PurpleBaze inspired me to head over to the local AD and try my luck
Those are some fantastic watches, @Doogles .
South @pawz are funny ha ha.
I would probably go with the Skydwellet out of all of those watches. There are a million dive watches out there that are cooler than the Sub.

I Still need to get a Pelagos.
That watch looks the bidness and is now COSC certified. Kinda surprised they haven't added a new color variant. Maybe that's a release next month.

@YellowSnow Tudor Pelagos Ultra for your 1000m dives.
This showed up in my feed the other day. I hate it.
But I'm pour and would never buy a new Rolex except for Mrs Snow (wishing we got her a Cartier instead).
Long Tudor!
I just need the 100 M Pelagos for swimming pools and snorkling with reef sharks and sting rays.
*500m
I know. But I'm making a joke about the depths to which I take watches.
This is hot, my problem with the pelagos (and most Tudors) is the thickness, I'm thinking that at 43mm it might be a little better balanced.
