Homeless usually just keep being homeless. I saw a few get sober and normal but it was only a few. The rest got dead generally. Either by drugs, alcohol or crime. Had a transient that we all liked he worked around the local church and they let him stay there. He was funny. Until one of the other transients stabbed him a5 times and smashed his head in for his SS money…
Need to throw them in jail to clean them up.... but that's mean... he'll Jail would be a step up for these people
