Ditched the canola oil

went to Costco and got the liter of organic avocado oil. I don’t know much about this sort of stuff so learning as I go here….and just trying to do the best I can.
I did see the tub of coconut oil as well. Is that a no go or what’s the thinking on that one?

Coconut oil has many many uses. Very good.
Avocado oil is a major step in the right direction. The only challenge with it is if it gets too hot it can ferment. Don't let that stop you for now.
