Are you asking yourself a question? I don't care if you…I mean Buck buys an electric truck. You…I mean he posts that purchase on here to virtue signal.
There’s no virtue signaling. I worked out the financial aspects and analyzed the performance of the truck and want to know why all the EV bashing. There literally is no politics involved here. Logically it’s another great decision by me.
Let’s see, so I’m getting the same trim at $2,000 less than it’s ICE counterpart and I’ve got a proven history of running my cars into the ground and not buying every 3 years. You think I’m losing $2000 ground on depreciation in 11 years?
Even in XLT class there are big expensive option differences. Looks like your dealer has priced the $7500 federal tax credit into your purchase price. So, without the credit, it is much more expensive. That's always been my point. Get the feds out of grifting the public taxpayer money to supposedly be paid back by the grandkids. Trump wants to get rid of the credit which was a big part of the dementia patient's Make Inflation Greater Act.
Sled, it went from 1,150 to 1,120 (pre split pricing). I got in when it was like 80 and it was shortly after this Buck started talking about it and Palentir which is way up since then as well. Yeah, it probably not much of a buy anymore although their GPU still have massive demand.
You're going to lose a lot more than that because the battery will need to be replaced either by you to sell it, or by the new owner who will gladly inform you that your truck is worth almost nothing without a new battery. Ever tried to sell a car that has no motor in it?

@Fire_Marshall_Bill i agree, I feel like everyone is now yelling DEI.
Did @HuskyBuck purchase because he saw a DEI employee at ford or did he see the value in an EV? I’ll let you decide
Why don't you just ask yourself, Spaz?
@EverettChris was I @ you? Was I talking to you? The answer is no.
Its amazing how much @HuskyBuck and I live rent free in your head lol
lol some of your arguments are ridiculous. How did you guys manage life before I showed up to call out your mistakes (and now Swoop)
Here you go Anus. I’m sure you saw this already.

Imagine buying a truck that can't work like a truck. Virtue signaling Soy Boys are the worst.

Better get something cheaper since Nvidia just died.
One looks like a base model and the other looks like it has some options on it.
It was a bad decision because you're eating a lot of depreciation. Even if you run it into the ground, the ICE version will still be worth some money.
They are both XLTs bro. Just take the ‘L’ already.

80% charge in 15 minutes. For newer models, that's 320 miles in 15 minutes. Maybe your co-worker charges at home on 110?
Ice truck advice. I'm buying one for my youngest (used) and want to know your thoughts on the Ford Raptor.

One clearly has no options compared to the other.
Forgot to add that the shitty range of your standard battery adds to the disparity of the two.
