If we put the tarrifs that Trump wants on, 40% China and 10% rest of the world it amounts to 500 billion... yeah that will fund the government... oh plus they just raise prices so you get to pay for it... in 2024 tarrifs don't work.

So you want to add to inflation? Because that's all that will happen... sure it will bring some jobs home... but there is a reason they dropped the tarrifs last time... no in the US they don't work and only hurt the little guy that has to pay for it.

Yes for protection tarrifs work, if that's your goal... prices are also way more expensive in Europe due to this as well... I'd rather not have that here.
