Also that's it's missing is some whole wheat sour dough toast made from olive oil.
People forget bread is our friend.

Where does one find wild blueberries if you don't grow them yourself?
And what is salmon belly as compared to just salmon?
Not sure what the point of putting salt on a perfectly good avocado is.
-
Be a simple man
That's what mamma told me
-
I kinda thought the same, but gave up after reading "Baja Gold" sea salt.
-
Forget your lust for the rich man's Baja gold sea salt on your avocado
All that you need is in your soul
-
Some of these guys try way too fucking hard.
-
Putting sea salt on avocado is delicious. Sea salt provides minerals you can’t get from table salt.
-
Pink Himalayan or GTFO
-
That's the stuff that has heavy metals in it from Chinese mines, boss.
-
You'd have to consume an unhealthy amount of salt to derive any discernable nutritional value.
-
JTFC mang. There's fucking mercury in your tuna fish sandwich. The dose matters.
Plus it says it's from Pakistan with the @PurpleBaze bros.
-
For some it is … for other heavy moderation is a good thing

Salt for getting essential minerals. LOFL.

Eating as clean as possible makes a difference … you can cook with simple ingredients and still get great taste
Not a big fan of salmon or avocados (can tolerate those) …
I normally give a good sauté of onions, peppers and some mushrooms in some olive oil to mix in with my eggs …
Blueberries are always good but I find that they are at its best when mixed with another fruit or two … over the weekend I mixed with some strawberries, squeezed the juice of a blood orange in and then mixed in a little bit of monk fruit extract (instead of sugar) to help open up some of the nature fruit juices (if you don't do that now next time you make a bowl of mixed berries put some sugar in, mix, and allow to rest at room temperature for 15-30 minutes)
One thing I always remember when cooking cleaner (vs eating on the move) is that your body processes it far more efficiently and you'll be hungry again sooner
-
Good luck the rest of way.

Salt use for me is usually just to help open up / break down an item … just a bit helps in getting a good sauté on onions or breaking down a protein to absorb more seasoning.
The people that just overdo salt on items blow my mind …
There's usually enough natural salts in the food you eat plus there are plenty of spices that provide better flavor with far better health consequences

Yup. I’m confident in the majoring in the major not the minor lifestyle.
-
This my favorite on avacados or pop corn.
Cast iron to keep my Teflon haters here happy. -
I stick with regular sea salt and the Jew salt for the grill. Anything more than that is a bit too much for me.
-
My recommendation is to spend more time with Brecka’s resume before casting judgement.
I really hope this helps.

Jew salt is absolutely the way to go for grilling/smoking

The belly meat is super tender and fatty. It really is the best part of the fish after you smoke it. I'm pretty miserly when it comes to smoked bellies because they're so good.
I eat them with beer and some good cheese, though - so that's probably a tiny bit less healthy than eating them with berries and avocado.
-
Salmon belly is disgusting. Fish fat. Yum.
Everything else sounds phenomenal. I’ll just take a piece of salmon instead though thanks. -
He strikes me as just another social media influencer slinging mouth tape, protein bars, and miraculous sea salt. When ever there's a lot of links to buy products @pawz I tune out. But that's just me…
-
I can proudly say that I'm the only poster here to have seen our resident midget, fisher fucker, clam digger catch a fish in person and then smoke weed and talk shit about it.
-
That was a pretty decent fish - I deserved some shit talking time for catching it.
-
I remain convinced to this day if I got to the honey hole first and had on a big plastic worm I would have caught said fish!! It's better to be first, than right in steelhead fishing.
-
Fish have a hard time letting an obnoxious pink worm go floating by, so you're probably correct.
The bug tossers will sneer at you for fishing a worm, though.
