Well yeah, you fascists now need to try and get votes again in Los Angeles. Adopting conservative policies by eliminating layers of government will help them and is what smart people actually want out of government. I’m guessing the Dems will fool enough people and then revert back to the authoritarian and restrictive government you offer today
Temporarily … and maybe. Anyone living there should believe this if/when it actually happens. Because logically, if these existing permits and government process are totally necessary to ensure safe and suitable structures, then waiving them seems dangerous and could lead to more catastrophes.
Or more likely, they aren’t necessary and are just another way for government to employee administrative staff and further tax people with permit costs. The ”experts” that H relies on to guide him through life.
For some reason all the rules and permits are waived for illegals, criminals and homeless people. Have a family light a fire on a Cali beach and get the police involved and tickets written and enforced. Have the LA fire department respond to 24 illegal homeless camp fires a day and nothing is done.
Also realized, massive tax implications with prop 13. All these houses had tax rates locked in 20+ years ago. New rates will be set with new builds exponentially higher. Plenty of families that were insured will be forced out despite having the money to rebuild by this fact alone.
Plus the city, state, and county get to massively increase their revenue base.

Didn’t I just say this would happen?

Thank you Big Brother for lowering the cost of chocolate.
