Nah brah, your headline is not the NYT headline or the Breitbart headline. You made an editorial decision. The word "some" is huge here, and you took it out. Had I not read the articles, I would have thought all federal reserves were banned from offshore drilling. That's how 95% of people get their news, as you know. These details matter, as you know. Wouldn't be a bad idea to sit and ponder why you thought it was necessary to do the terrible, horrible, no good things you did.

The problem is that any of the oil and gas investments is in the billions and requires a stream of cash flow for years to earn a return. If that return is predicated on no democrat ever being president or controlling Congress then the investment won't be made in US territory. The moral thing to do is to have the chicoms and the Arabs do the dirty work and sell us the oil, metals and minerals. "Out of sight out of mind" is the leftard world view.
