Not really feeling the outrage at taxing wealth given Washington’s regressive tax structure, but this isn’t likely to be effective even if it were likely to be enacted, which it is not.
Translation - It won't work other than to drive very wealthy people out of the state. It won't actually raise money for the state. I just vote for people who have these crazy ideas because it won't ever happen.
