So I guess we’re officially in the B1G title game

The ever innovative Dan Lanning should forfeit the Washington game
-
the beginning end of the conference championship games? When enough teams make these kind of moves and the ratings drop accordingly, cfb will get it.
-
tOSU down to their 3rd string LT(they moved their starting LG over to replace the backup) and now their starting C is done for the year with an Achilles tear it sounds like.
IDK where that game against Michigan is being played but if it’s in Ann Arbor, stranger things have happened. -
It’s at the shoe
But still that’s a big blow for them
-
This is exactly where tOSU laffs and plungers their next 4 opponents.
-
If Oregon had any honor they’d send a rep up to Seattle & formally forfeit the game. If it’s truly AIDS, then they can’t play next week for the conference championship anyway
-
urban ain’t walking through that door. Does day get to play Franklin 4 straight times?
-
The clear result of a weak schedule imo

Shit man, have you seen the B1G officiating this year? These bozos make the old Pac 12 officiating look competent.
The Oregon/Wisconsin game on both sides, showed just how pathetic this conference's officiating crews are.

Tanking for the 5 or 6 seed would be quite the chess move.
Think about this. Let's focus on the 5 seed:
Your first round game is at home after a week of rest.
You play the 12 seed, which is most likely the 5th best conference winner, which would be a one loss Boise, undefeated Army, or the ACC or Big 12 Champ.
In round two, you'll play the 4th best conference champ at a neutral site which will also consist of this group.
Let's focus on the 1 seed:
You play the winner of the 8th/9th matchup at a neutral site after two weeks of rest (rust now sets in)
That opponent is either one of most likely Georgia, Alabama, Ole Miss, Penn St. (I wouldn't mind), Notre Dame, Tennessee, or Texas.
Then you play the top rated non conference champ, most likely Ohio State in the Semis.
Let's compare:
Ohio State gets say Boise St at home in rd 1, and Colorado in rd 2.
Oregon gets a bye in rd 1 and plays Georgia in rd 2.
Not close on what schedule you'd rather have.
Going forward, a power 4 conference championship should just give you an auto bid and nothing more.
