She's a very smart business woman. She will be focusing on distributing part of the DOE's 30 billion dollar budget to the states that want to play when it comes to school choice. The rest will go into budget savings.
When you watch the old videos of her participating in WWE, she's hilarious.
My guess is there will have to be some sort of oversite going on indefinitely to make sure states like OR, IL, CA, NY etc. spend the money the way it is earmarked. They have plans to NOT waste it on administrator salaries and more administrative positions being developed. In rat run states they will spend it on their own retirements if given the chance. The kids will never see a dime of it if there is no oversite.
This is going to be interesting.
