He was the only one engaged and still talking shit to Pedo's players.
The clip of Allar pointing to the scoreboard after he was stopped from getting a first down, that guy just comes across as an over-recruited front running bitch that will be getting his ass kicked in the playoffs.
Bruener has been one of the few bright spots of the season. I think he's gotten even better this year and he thrives more against Big 10 teams. Was he banged up or just didn't play much in the natty last year? Certainly feels like he would have been a good fit against that Michigan offense.
It's unfortunate we won't have him in the next couple of years. The Twitter types seem to not like him for some reason.
Add Dixon to the should have played more last year conversation. He's playing at a super high level this season and wonder if he could have gotten there quicker with more reps last season and been their best CB. Certainly a better option than one that seriously is damn near an automatic touchdown for other team on almost every play.
Pretty accurate. I don't see him as being real fast like BBK. He has the size and strength advantage though.
Maybe his underwear testing will raise his profile a bit. My guess is he'll get tagged as a less athletic, more cerebral type and he'd have to run 4.4 with a 4' vertical to shake that.
It should be noted that DeBoer didn't bring Inge with him to Alabama (Inge whiffed on Jordan Whitney for the 2023 class and wasn't able to recruit any high school guys for the 2022 class).
DeBoer's biggest weakness might have been he climbed the ranks from NAIA to the Mountain West to UW and now Bama still so quickly he had a pretty weak coaching tree and access or the clout to get better guys to join him. I assume Bama must have bagged out the South Alabama coach to get him to finally have a real DC.

some here would argue that he wiiid still have played the same minutes. Some would say that. I disagree and agree with you.
He still has lots of haters for some reason. He doesn't make every tackle but he's the furthest thing from the problem on this team.

I don't know one person who hates him. Who are these people you're associating with?

He's the upgraded version of Cort Dennison. I make this comparison based on three similarities
How does he compare to BBK?
If BBK had bruener’s size, he may have been a day 1 draft pick.
Bruener is a day three pick.
bruener and Dixon were the only two guys that showed anything vs Penn state. Ppl that hate him are probably stargazers.

Without him killing returners the special teams have died. He was one of the best I’ve ever seen at diagnosing what was coming and destroying it.
DISAGREE!
Too many Dads
Dixon had lead feet (probably slow reaction time) last year and was burned regularly. Completely different player this year imo
Pretty sure Inge went with him and then left to take a job at Tennessee.
talking shit after that tackle while getting pedo’d by pedo state wasn’t a great look IMO.
Allar being an overrated bitch still holds true.
