Made my way out of the giant Beav to where I would have the opportunity to yell at our players and coaches as they made their way toward the visitors locker room after the game. The giant Beav allows for you to get fairly close to them running off with just ushers and stanchions keeping you away. In past seasons I told Harbaugh that he couldn’t even win the Pac-12 with Andrew Luck. I guess he won that war back in January. Dammit.
Anyway I yelled at them to move on to UCLA and get that win since even though I am unhappy with this season I would prefer we keep our home winning streak and make a bowl.
The path to the locker room is over asphalt without a carpet or pad. You walk off the field and have to turn.
Will Rogers fucking bit it trying to run out of there. Lost his helmet too and scurried off leaving a staffer to retrieve his helmet. So much JFC. No one else was unable to navigate asphalt in their cleats.
Last year we had the ultimate SWAG QB. I appreciate Rogers and all the players who chose UW after everyone left, but who has confidence in a dude who can’t run off the field without busting his ass on the ground? The 300lb+ tall ass linemen made it fine.
Drew Fowler came over to say hi to people he knew.
I mean… let’s see more Demond. He made it to the locker room upright

A non mobile QB(on turf or asphalt) is a lot of our problem with an inexperienced OL. Rogers is good sitting in pocket and hitting slants and flares, which would probably be ok with a good line.
We played smear the queer on asphalt.
Get some tuffskins and man up.
There's no reason not to keep playing Williams. The only reason left to play the games is to let key future guys get their time in the spotlight.
Plus they run the fucking ball when he's in. There are enough carries to split between two RBs.
The only way UW beats, say, Oregon, is if Williams is the guy. You?'re prolly more likely to get blown out, but it's also the only way to win.
Beat UCLA and there's probably reason to actually start Demond
The opposite is even more true. What's the point of starting Rogers without the possibility of a bowel?
I think I have just contradicted myself. Point(s) remain!
PUT IT ON A GLASS, man.
We needed this guy 10 years earlier. We needed him not to be a quitter. If Fish fails, it will be even more true. Coach Pete was the real one. The way he checked out proves how real he was. And that recruiting class, holy shit. If Petersen was a little more caveman and meat-headed, he would have won 5 nattys at UW.
RIP Coach Pete.
UW needs a sign in the tunnel above the entrance to the field that they all tap before heading out:
"Stay Upright"
Rogers isn't good. He can't hit the medium range balls or the long range shots with any consistency whatsoever, regardless of how much time he has.
He's mediocre at best, and Williams should have been playing from the second half of the cuog game on.
