Its not the first time this has happened, but seeing as how this is Trump, and you have the mindless minions out there calling him hitler, this is pretty amazing this time around.
Clearly these candidates are not Trump fans, and they for sure do not want to be in this position, but politicians are slimeballs, especially those that are democrats, so this is what they do. They see Trump making headway and all of a sudden, for self preservation and an attempt to stop the crossover votes, they like Trumps values.
Notice in the 4th paragraph below how much influence Trump has had on positive polling data for the Republican who was behind by 9 points two months ago in MI but now only trails by 1.4. That is a phenomenal turn around and a testament to Trumps influence.
Its these kind of poll numbers that can make one start to believe that Trump can win this thing if the democrats haven't already cheated their way to a win.

A week from the election, we have bipartisan consensus on two points regarding Pennsylvania.
The first is that the presidential contest is way too close to call. The second is that only one contender has coattails. Both candidates for Senate—Republican challenger Dave McCormick and Democratic incumbent Bob Casey—agree on who that is: Donald Trump.
That Mr. McCormick would hitch his wagon to Mr. Trump is no surprise. But Mr. Casey is also wrapping his arms around the former president as a means of boosting his credibility. He’s doing this even as Kamala Harris is denouncing Mr. Trump as a “fascist” and Hillary Clinton is likening his Sunday rally at Madison Square Garden to a 1939 gathering sponsored by the pro-Nazi German American Bund.
These developments have proved a boon for the McCormick campaign. Two months ago, he was down 8 or 9 points. Today he trails Mr. Casey by only 1.4 points in the RealClearPolitics polling average. The better Mr. Trump does, the better for Mr. McCormick. To put it another way, Pennsylvania in the final week of the 2024 election has upset what was a common assumption at the beginning of the year: that Republicans would have to distance themselves from Mr. Trump to have any hope of winning.
Nor is Mr. Casey the only Democrat running for Senate who’s decided that the winning strategy is to distance himself from Ms. Harris and embrace his inner Trump. Wisconsin’s Tammy Baldwin and Michigan’s Elissa Slotkin are among those who have made similar moves.

Posted it before, but my wife is now a Trump/Sheehy registered Democrat voter. It helps that she’s intelligent and isn’t a cult member to the Dems no matter what. She’s unlike our Tugtards in that approach to voting.
The DNC and its propaganda machine at legacy media outlets are desperate to claw back any votes they can in swing states. To that end It’s pretty telling that after a comedian not attached to the campaign in any unofficial capacity told an unfunny joke at a Trump rally, that the MSM and social media exploded with cries of racism and nazi-ism while frantically producing statistics showing the numbers of Puerto Ricans who live in Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania. They seemed wholly uninterested in the opinions of Puerto Ricans living in…..Puerto Rico. Contrast that to 4 years ago when we were breathlessly told that the Hunter Biden laptop wasn’t real and even if it was, he wasn’t running for office so the disgusting content, which wasn’t real, doesn’t really matter and shouldn’t affect how people vote.
If a candidate for president got up on stage and called Portland, or the whole of Oregon for that matter, a trash can, I wouldn’t blink an eye. If a comedian told the same joke I’d laugh, shrug my shoulders, and then go vote with the information that matters.
Why? Because I’m not a child.
And after more than a decade of legacy media completely abdicating its responsibility to US citizens in the name of selling more ad space to pharmaceutical companies, I don’t need a whole lot of information from people like Rachel Maddow and Chris Hayes. In fact, my initial instinct after being lied to over and over and over again is to take that information and act in the opposite direction.
Because I’m not an idiot like @HHusky or @MelloDawg.
