I haven't watched much UW football this year, but after watching the Pedo st and USC game, I can honestly say Pedo st is slow as fuck. If UW has good speed at WR, they should be able to cause huge problems.
USC had that game won had Lincoln Reilly not clock managed himself potentially out of a coaching job.

Only if they can run the ball on early downs and pass protect. AKA, have a good performance from the OL. Against Penn State. In Happy Ending Valley.

As a Penn State fan, I agree and we should have decent matchups on their DBs with our WRs. However we would have to actually block long enough to give whichever QB plays enough time to hit those throws, which seems unlikely. Similarly (summarily), their WRs are ass and we should be able to mostly cover them. Their RBs and TE are another story and we're fucked there.
