Try to remember…with DeBoer or Grubb…wait…nevermind…we had an injury timeout, then called another timeout, then their backup running back ran a 37 yard touchdown and the FOX crew climaxed.
The Apple Cup was bad in an entertaining way because the coverage was neutral and you had only the team to hate. I probably would have laughed even harder at this game except the result cost me the opportunity to watch that commentary crew eat shit.
I remember Brando calling a game last year and it was the first time I could remember him calling a UW game. For some reason, I thought he was a good announcer but my God, he’s terrible.
For all their dick sucking of Rutgers, it was amazing to hear him say the Rutgers D stepped up and kept UW out of the end zone. UW mostly kept UW out of the end zone.
Weird weird weird announcing. I know getting wound up on the announcers is a very internet fanboy shit thing but seriously? What was the deal on Boston's second TD where like three times the non-Brando guy couldn't stop talking about how the Rutgers guy like should have known better or some shit? How about mentioning the WR made a great fucking catch instead?

The Fox announcing and the reffing were both really bad. Both wanted UW to lose

What cunt would click this thread……
Didnt need that timeout so wasn't a big deal
Not a big deal regarding outcome of game.
WAS a big deal as evidence of Willingham-esque coaching aplomb
if this is another 30 year wait to a national title game appearance I hope at some point a semi tuck hits me crossing Meridian in Puyallup
