Has Lawfare ever misfired so immediately?
Dems rarely even bring up the court verdicts anymore because it’s so troubling to independents.

No evidence of any individual or corporation damaged by fraud. The statute has only been used in consumer fraud cases where there were New York citizens defrauded. If leftards were capable of embarrassment they could start with this lawfare. Just like Delaware went after Elon, if you were wealthy you would avoid the ability to be sued in either state. Elon left Cali and moved his state of incorporation and business to Texas.
