It’s super easy to make great smoked bbq on a Weber. Use the charcoal snake method plus the ice chest slow rest, and it is tough to screw up. Below is a brisket and a pork shoulder I smoked recently:

Someone, maybe @huskyhooligan, mentioned the Puma socks at Costco. I bought a pack the other day before I left for Utah.
They’re ok, I guess. Super thick and warm though which wasn’t great for southern Utah in September. -
Not I. I just wore a pair of I'm assuming Costco Puma socks that were hiding at the bottom of the sock drawer, and they were comfy. My sock game has mostly been an amazon foray. I was an early Stance sock guy but then evolved to Under Armor socks, which I find exclusively online.

The Boneyard Case of Bottles is like $30.00 I want to say. $1.25 for a quality @haie faggy IPA is a good deal these days.
Regardless of the time of year, there are times when I need a session beer that's as close to 4.2% (i.e., Bud Light, Miller Lite, Coors Light) strength as possible. If I drink 3 IPA's on a school night I feel it the next day. I don't with light beers. Modelo is 4.4% so in light beer territory but it tastes like a full strength beer and I don't count calories to no biggie there. Modelo »»» Coors Light. Negra Modelo is 5.4% and that's too much for sessioning.

I think I'd drink Guiness this time of year of the Modelo. Guiness is only 4.2%. Not a lot of people know that. But definitely not a crisp and refreshing beer with light malt body.

Late to the party here fellas, but I'm surprised to read shit talking Costco steak. I refuse to go so I send my beard for the USDA Prime ribeye's and NY's. It's the best steak I've found outside Owens in Cle Elum and I'm always on the rare side of medium. They're fantastic on the Green Egg

I've eaten 2 rounds of Costco blade tenderized USDA prime filets since @BleachedAnusDawg ruined the party with his conspiracy theories and haven't gotten the shits once!

It ain't conspiracy, my man! I've started going to my local butcher for steaks.
The other option, which I think is actually the best way to go, is buy the full roast from Costco and cut the steaks yourself at home.

Sounds like you're buying your butchers disparaging comments of his competition. A local electronics retailer told me to buy his batteries because Costco's sit for so long. I still put batteries on the Costco list

I know it's not a REAL conspiracy. It does in fact say blade tenderized on the packaging and why you would need to do this to USDA prime is beyond me.
But as it often the case in life, ignorance is bliss and I've probably eaten hundreds of those steaks by now cooked medium rare. I view it the easy sushi risk category as opposed to eating Schumer burgers cooked by your bonehead neighbor risk category.

The guy's wife who does the grocery shopping who doesn't drink at all decided to go to Trader Joe's and fulfill the general ask of getting him Octoberfest beer.
And I didn't buy McMenamin's soapy Octoberfest beer this year, but Josephbrau is at least on par with it.
