I'm not upset. It's an interesting topic. Since reducing government spending and ending abortion are conservative cornerstones, I'm asking how does a real conservative (not a RINO) reconcile this? IVF most often results in embryos (people) being thrown away.

I'm not in favor of the government mandating insurance coverage for in vitro and your side is in favor plus in favor of paid abortion and insurance covering the sexual mutilation of minors. The big government you want just blocked some LNG export facilities which would actually reduce world CO2 emissions and placed tens of million of federal lands as ineligible for mining and drilling.
