I carry cash. Not being tracked by soulless corporations who sell your data and a lying government is a great thing. TITTT. I use a debit or c.c. for gas and haircuts, and occasionally for other things.
I use cash for the maids, a few places which give cash discounts, bar & travel tipping and occasional golf tipping. I have the Venmo of 95% of the golf and bar workers so use that more these days.
I was visiting family in New Jersey and forgot cash other than a couple singles. One of the restaurants I went to only had valet parking and the valets had Venmo pulled up their phones when they brought cars back.
My money is never in my wallet - money clip is a fold out boxcutter. Keep both in the front pockets in case of a pickpocket. I say "a little to the left (or right)" depending on which pocket they are digging into - might as well enjoy.

I live in a dual income, matriarchy household. We're gonna have cleaning ladies. That just how things work. @MrsSnow ain't cleaning toilets.

Cash is for hookers and drug deals.

Why do you hate the Costco rewards card?
Donnie Brasco, good flick. Well done, @YellowSnow.
I've saved quite a bit of sales tax on work done on my place by paying cash.
I have one.
I've saved a lot more than that by being a poor that has to do it all myself.
Fixing shit on your own is a great feeling. I wish I was more handy.
Walking into Costco with ~900 in rewards to go buy a new grill or something similar >>>

This tiny thing can hold 8-10 cards plus a few hundred dollars in smaller bills. I don’t know why Filson isn’t currently selling them.
