The Telegram CEO Pavel Durov has been arrested in France.
His crime?
Not censoring you.
He failed to comply with the French government's demands to "moderate harmful content".
What most of you do not FULLY understand.

Basically. I don’t know if he ‘fled’ per se, but they tried to crack down, he said no, and a WESTERN govt arrested him for not acquiescing to censorship requests.

Having followed Durov since early in telegram I'm sure he has contingency plans for exactly this. He's basically been on the run between Russia and the West for years.
It's a coordinated move by the NWO and deep state. It is world wide and they're going to try it here shortly. They may try to cancel our election through various means. They know they are losing and have to drop the inch by inch approach and step up their plans.
