They're cooking the polls to show Headboard higher so the cheat doesn't seem so obvious. A poll a few weeks back of likely candidates if Joe dropped out had her as last at 3% IIRC, They did this with Joe as well.
Probably A good time to take those odds since this will be likely be Kamalas high water mark.
