I'm not sure how she can be acting president if not eligible to be president. I don't think that scenario has come up before.
The Vice president is the one who is supposed to initiate the 25th amendment, maybe she's holding out because it would cut her out and go to the Speaker as next in line.
Or.. the Dems push it and see if it flys for as long as they can get away with it.

This is about as nit picky and disingenuous as you can get, in context he is referring to to electable characteristics in a specific voting area where white may not be as popular and being a person of color is a plus but you want to use a link that's trying to paint him as a racist for what is a reasonable assessment in voting demographics.
